These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TwXted Roleplay website, staff portal, documentation portal, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by TwXted Roleplay (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users. When you sign in, Google shares your name, email address, Google Account ID, and profile picture with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities conducted under it.
The Documentation Portal allows authorized users to submit, review, and publish documents. By submitting any document or content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content (including exported PDFs) within the Service.
All submitted content must be accurate and lawful. We reserve the right to review, approve, deny, edit, or remove any submission at our sole discretion.
Access to the Staff Portal is restricted exclusively to authorized staff members. Unauthorized access or attempts to gain access are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

In no event shall TwXted Roleplay be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TwXted Roleplay, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
